When my girlfriend and I do sessions, it is 2 hours. We work it into a date night that is followed by dinner at a strip club and kink time in the VIP room. It is cool as hell but we've been talking about taking it to a more intense level. Maybe we'll kick it up to 4 hours and decompress at our hotel room instead of strip club night.

I 150% prefer a couple of 2+ hour sessions to a dozen 1-hour ones. An hour flies by fast, and it doesn't give me the time to properly create an immersive and bonding experience. It makes me feel rushed. This especially pertains to more involved and time-consuming sessions like medical fetish, bondage, and full feminization. It also avoids burnout for me. I'd rather deal with a single person for three hours than three different people in three hours.

Totally agree about one hour session. I stopped offering them a couple of years ago. Best decision I ever made.
